Job Summary
We are looking for someone with experience in event planning and fundraising. This person needs to be self-motivated, dedicated, and have great organizational skills to work with the Executive Director in organizing and executing fundraising events for our small, but growing nonprofit organization.
We would love to welcome someone who has excellent people skills, strong leadership skills, and be able to catch the vision of Possibility Place!
The schedule can be fairly flexible with working 8-10 hours a week (hours could increase later.) However, applicants need to be local to Murfreesboro as meeting with donors, meeting weekly with the Executive Director, and attending/working fundraisers is a must.
This would be a great 2nd job or a little extra income for the right person.
Duties include:
- Visiting current donors and potential donors
- Working closely with the Executive Director
- Organizing and heading up current fundraising events
- Researching new fundraising events
- Researching grant opportunities
- Assisting with donor relations and communication
- Heading up social media communication/marketing
- Other duties as requested
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour

Qualifications
We would prefer someone with fundraising and event planning experience. Bonus would be grant writing experience.
