Job Summary

The Customer Service Associate serves at the first point of contact for TSCPA members, customers, vendors, and other guests via phone and at the TSCPA office. This position also provides administrative support to various departments within the organization and plays a key role in supporting facility operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages front desk responsibilities including phone system, member / customer inquiries, incoming mail, etc.
  • Assists TSCPA members with needs such as event registration, membership renewals and other requests
  • Provides administrative support to various operational areas as requested
  • Provides day-of support for events in the TSCPA meeting center
  • Supports on-site event preparation, including room set, catering coordination, and event signage
  • Serves as point person for facility maintenance and supply needs

Qualifications

  • Balances competing priorities with a high level of professionalism.
  • Communicates exceptionally well.
  • Exhibits comfort with learning new software programs and with basic computer usage.
  • Identifies and resolves customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates ownership mindset over TSCPA meeting center and common areas.
