Job Summary
Provides direct support to grant-supported clients including crisis intervention, therapy, advocacy, information and referrals to help them overcome the impact of sexual assault on their lives.
Job Responsibilities
Provide quality and effective individual therapy to assigned clients, on site at the Sexual Assault Center.
Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with SAC staff to ensure quality service delivery
Maintain appropriate client files and documentation
Participate in scheduled individual, group, and peer supervision with Site Director or designee
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling. LMSWor (provisional) and engaged in clinical supervision required. Prefer LCSW or LPC.
Ability to work in a team setting; ability to work with a variety of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults; ability to maintain a
caseload of complex sexual assault clients; excellent oral and written communication skills; computer literate with average typing skills
