Job Summary
Clinical Director (LCSW, LPC-MHSP), staff person with training specifically in Substance Abuse and Mental Health services coordination and is responsible to ensure coordination and implementation of treatment plans and service delivery to adults requiring Substance Abuse/Mental Health or other specialized services.
Job Responsibilities
Clinical Director needs to be experienced in Utilization Review requirements and is also responsible for the delivery of direct clinical services for clients; is responsible for providing clinical supervision to treatment staff, and educational staff. Provide face-to-face intake assessments and diagnostic formulation for clients admitted to the facility for the purpose of substance abuse treatment plan development. When necessary, coordinates communication between internal and external treatment providers and programs. Direct treatment and/or rehabilitation services must be provided by qualified alcohol and drug abuse personnel
Qualifications
LPC or LCSW in Tennessee
