Job Summary

Mercy Multiplied, a Christian residential home for women, comprised of four U.S. homes, has an immediate opening for a Church Partnerships Coordinator (Part-Time) at our corporate office located in Nashville, Tennessee.

Mercy Multiplied is dedicated to help young women break free from life-controlling behaviors and situations, including eating disorders, self-harm, drug and alcohol addictions, unplanned pregnancy, depression, sexual abuse, and sex trafficking. Our program is voluntary, biblically-based, and free of charge to young women ages 13 to 32. It uses proven methods, lasts approximately six months, and features a multi-dimensional approach to heal body, mind, and spirit.

Job Responsibilities

• Cultivate, develop and nurture relationships with pastors and church leaders through calls, emails and in-person meetings

• Promote and schedule private, customized MPower Workshops for churches

• Maintain and record in database all data of churches contacted and engaged

• Research and develop a replicable program for churches to establish a Freedom Ministry

• Conduct post-tour meetings with pastors or church staff on-site

• Assist with content development and program aspects of Outreach trainings, resources, MercyTalk podcasts and Mercy blog

• Handle communication with Freedom Advocates and other individuals seeking Mercy resources, including individuals/organizations who purchase our Keys to Freedom materials

• Capture and document information relating to impact of Outreach Services, including testimonies

• Works with Marketing team and Outreach Social Media Specialist to strategize and create ongoing promotion of Church Partnerships

• Possibility of teaching/speaking on video, on MercyTalk podcast show, and at MPower Workshops (which may require occasional travel)

• Possibility of attending church services and conferences as vendor and/or special guest (or arranges for CRM, Mercy grad or Freedom Advocate in that area to attend)

• Execute miscellaneous projects as assigned

Qualifications

Reports to: Assistant Director of Outreach

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry, Social Services or Behavioral Sciences, or Business Administration, along with current pastoral ministry experience preferred.

Skills: Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills necessary. Must be familiar with Mercy’s mission and programs. Ability to work independently and within a team environment and exercise mature judgment. Basic computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Must have excellent organization and writing pressure of deadlines. Willingness to be flexible and help in other areas at any time. Must have a strong working knowledge of the Word of God and personal relationship with Christ. Must have a thorough understanding of, and dedication to, the vision of Mercy Multiplied, along with demonstrated Christian work ethics.
