(NAHT) Nashville Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition is a faith-based non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing and restoring women and children affected by human trafficking. Our mission is to Rescue, Restore, and Resource women and children from the bondage of human trafficking and addiction. Since our establishment in 2013, we have grown substantially and made significant strides in raising awareness, providing essential restorative services, and empowering survivors through training and job opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Case Manager and Administrative Support (NAHT) at Nashville Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition. As a Case Management Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to survivors of human trafficking. This includes conducting assessments, developing individualized service plans, coordinating and advocating for services, and monitoring progress. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic healing and empowerment of survivors.

Qualifications

  • Experience in case management and social work
  • Strong administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of case management services and social services
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with survivors
  • Empathy, compassion, and sensitivity to trauma
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work or a relevant field
  • Experience in anti-human trafficking organizations or related fields is a plus
