Job Summary

Pet Community Center is opening doors to animal health for all dogs and cats in our community. As Nashville’s only nonprofit clinic, Pet Community Center ensures economic hardship does not prevent pets from receiving the preventive veterinary care they deserve. Our work aims to protect the health of pets, prevent pet overpopulation, and provide for pets in need. Last year, nearly 16,000 dogs and cats received life-saving care at our clinic, and PCC provided over $426,000 in free medical care to vulnerable pets and families in our community.

Pet Community Center is currently searching for a Business Manager to support the leadership team in building a dynamic, inclusive team culture; managing employee relations and benefits programs; overseeing volunteer recruitment; and assisting with business administration responsibilities. Reporting to the President & CEO, the Business Manager plays an essential role in creating a positive workplace culture and ensuring the ongoing success of the organization’s day-to-day activities.
