Job Summary
Growing our Board of Directors to support our organization to impact our children and youth in character development. In search of Board Members to help build committees, such as Fundraising, Advocating, Social Media support, Treasurer who is a CPA and nonprofit knowledgable. We are new to the area, however, have been a 501(c)(3) since 2007 in Illinois and 2020 here in Tennessee. We would like to host event, workshops to engage parents, educators and the community to learn about our Characters of Character to implement in their own homes, schools or community. Let's work together to make a difference in the life of a child.
Our major projects are donating our Superhero Activity Boxes to Children's Hospitals in Tennessee and are brainstorming on creating ones for the Foster Family Community. If you love children, are creative and committed, please reach out to me sometime. This is a volunteer position. Our Board meets quarterly. There are Board member dues to your discretion. There is such accomplishments in TEAM work, hope you'll consider joining ours.
Job Responsibilities
The Board of Directors are a team of like minded individuals who will advocate for our organization. As stated above, quartly meetings, dues and TEAM work are required.
Qualifications
Qualifications are a two year committment to our organization and are familiar with a nonprofit organization or willing to learn and support ours.
