As a board member of the Stepping Stone Academy Foundation, you will play a crucial role in shaping our strategic vision and ensuring our financial sustainability. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young pregnant women in our community.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with fellow board members to set the foundation’s overall direction and strategy.
• Financial Oversight: Ensure the foundation’s financial health and sustainability through guidance and monitoring.
• Advocacy: Act as ambassadors for the foundation, promoting its mission and values within the community.

Qualifications

• A dedication to the foundation’s objectives and a strong passion for education.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Outstanding teamwork and communication skills.

Time Commitment:

• Attend quarterly board meetings and committee meetings.
• Approximately 10-15 hours per month for leadership and oversight tasks.
