Our board, on behalf of the general public, ensures that the organization upholds its charitable purpose.  We are making a concerted, sincere effort to develop and nurture a dedicated, diverse, and inclusive board that supports Harmony’s mission in Tennessee.

  4. Maintain an awareness and knowledge of the staff, programs, services, and needs by participating in “a day of volunteer service” at least once per quarter.
  5. Attend and participate in a minimum of nine of monthly board meetings per year. The 2023 calendar is in development; the first meeting will be held on Sunday, January 15 from 1-3pm CST. Members must maintain confidentiality about all internal matters of the organization.
  6. Serve a three-year term. The specifics regarding titles and roles of board officers, quorum requirements, and other matters can be found in Harmony’s bylaws.
