Job Summary
ALIAS Chamber Ensemble is looking for an individual to lead and significantly expand our program of community outreach, ALIAS In the Community (AIC). The part-time AIC Coordinator works alongside the Managing Director and Artistic Director, and the primary task will be to develop new partnerships, as well as to coordinate with existing partner sites, assist with relevant grant funding, and help promote our AIC programming to our concert audiences.
This candidate could be an established nonprofit professional looking for extra work, a professional actor or outgoing musician who can easily engage with students, or something else entirely!
This part-time position pays $500/month. The average workload is 4 hours per week – although some weeks will be more and some less based on scheduling, this is an accurate average. This position is mostly work-from-home with the exception of any on-site outreach programs (usually 2-3 per month) and 3-4 ALIAS concerts per year.
