Job Summary
Nashville After Zone Alliance (NAZA) is seeking a part-time (minimum 3-4 hours/week, up to 10 hours/week depending on workload) intern for the period of June 2022 – July 2023. The intern will support Nashville’s Vision for Holistic Youth Development integration and implementation.
At times when there is an increased LOE, NAZA will engage intern(s) to support initiative management, specifically related to invoicing, training logistics, scheduling, etc. The intern will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Program Coordinator during the implementation and integration of Nashville’s Vision for Holistic Youth Development.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Vision Intergration and Implementation team with general administrative duties. Organize meetings and events.
- Help plan cohort onboarding and transition retreats and meeting.
- Assist with project and event planning
- Provide support for considering and allocating awarded grants and other funded opportunities to funded partners
Qualifications
High level working knowledge of online meeting platforms (Zoom and Google Meet), MicroSoft Office suite products, and various social media platforms (instagram, Facebook).
Detailed orientated
High level interpersonal communication skills
