Job Summary

Progress Inc. is a nonprofit provider agency that has been serving adults with intellectual disabilities and seniors in Davidson and surrounding counties since 1971. We provide day, residential and employment services to the people we serve through ECF CHOICES and DIDD programs.

We searching for an Administrative Program Manager that concentrates on the staff training, medical documentation, health needs and appointments of the individuals we serve.

Job Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

– Staff and schedule caseload of Direct Support Professionals

– Interview and hire staff as needed to maintain needed coverage

– Ensure the needs of the individuals Progress serves are being met

– Submitting reports and documentation as required

– Conducting house visits to maintain quality supports

– Medication tracking and documentation

– Staff training

Qualifications

Requirements:

– Must have proficient computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook. (Assessment may be required)

– Bachelors degree strongly preferred or comparable relevant experience

– Management experience in the DD / ID field preferred

– Must be able to pass a criminal background check

– Must not be listed on any registries reporting any form or abuse or fraud

– Must be able to complete any pre-service training required
