Job Summary

The Village at Glencliff is a transformational respite program created to provide our friends experiencing homelessness with a dignified, loving, and hospitable community after a hospitalization. All staff employed by The Village are expected to reflect organizational values in all interactions with program participants. 

The Administrative/Data Manager has two main responsibilities: 

(1) timely tracking and reporting for all financial, Human Resources, and other aspects of running The Village at Glencliff, and 

(2) creation of a robust database for tracking patient-level outcomes from participation in our program. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure overall operational effectiveness of The Village at Glencliff
  • Create and support an atmosphere of peace and community at The Village
  • Ensure that all actions at The Village are in line with our stated purpose
  • Update policies as needed, in partnership with The Village director
  • Manage staffing schedule
  • Track data related to admission, diagnosis, discharge, length of stay, cost of stay
  • Manage budget for The Village
  • Maintain communication with partner agencies
  • Monitor expense/revenue against the budget
  • Support director with Board of Directors

  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Stay calm in a crisis 
  • Be able to work within a diverse community and appreciate different perspectives
  • Have experience working with marginalized populations
  • Appreciate that people and problems are always contextual
  • Be flexible and adaptable
  • College graduate, experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office and database software
  • Lived experience of homelessness and/or behavioral health issues is an asset and may offset degree and work experience requirements.

Additional Information


This position will receive an additional 21% of your salary for health insurance ($10,080)
