Renewal House is seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative project management and high-level administrative support to ensure timely and concise processing of critical agency tasks.

 

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to provide high-quality administrative support. The candidate should by highly organized, detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle a diverse workload with efficiency and flexibility. Job Responsibilities

The Administrative Coordinator, who reports to the Director of Operations, is responsible for the following:

  • Providing administrative support including front-desk coverage, drafting correspondence, filing, and other general office duties.
  • Managing the executive team’s calendar, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling meeting requests.
  • Communicating with external stakeholders and completing follow-up tasks after meetings.
  • Overseeing a variety of administrative projects as assigned by the CEO and other senior leadership staff.
  • Assisting leadership staff with facilities management tasks, compliance tasks, and financial support functions.

Qualifications

  • A track record of providing efficient and accurate administrative support.
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Organized and able to multi-task successfully.
  • Solid time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, G-Suite, and use of office equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot as needed
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and cooperatively.
