Job Summary

Tennessee Holocaust Commission looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant / Support Services Manager to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. 

Job Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

All work will be remote, and a laptop + printer are provided.

  • Administrative tasks including emails, voicemail, updating calendars, electronic filing of commission communications and recording staff meeting notes.
  • Creation of donor acknowledgement letters, updating spreadsheets and light research.
  • Updating marketing database of Commission contacts, patrons, and partners.
  • Assist with drafting and executing social media posts, campaign invites, newsletters, and other communication.
  • Handling general inquiries and administrative needs of the department, as needed.


Minimum Qualifications


  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.


  • Non-profit experience
  • Familiarity with Facebook and other social media
  • Marketing or programming experience
