Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant supports PMG’s goals, values and philosophy by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence, quality service, commitment and accountability.  As a member of the PMG team, performance includes demonstration of the following accountabilities: communication, teamwork and job knowledge.


The Administrative Assistant performs high level administrative duties for the PMG Executive Leadership Team, Senior Leadership Team, Project Managers, and PMG Clients.

Job Responsibilities


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, include the following but are not limited to:

  1. Performs administrative duties, supporting the Executive Leadership Team including phone calls, managing calendar, correspondence with various PMG Client committees and members, and surveying committees on various issues. 
  2. Prepare and sends mailings to the client memberships.  
  3. Serves as Executive Office ambassador to client members and others who contact the PMG office by phone, email or in person.
  4. Manages PMG and PMG Client incoming email and mail correspondence.
  5. Coordinates all office functions and keeps office supplies stocked. 
  6. Performs other duties as assigned.





  1. Previous experience as an administrative or executive assistant.
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft Products.
  3. Good written communication skills.
  4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  5. Mastery of Microsoft Office software. 
  6. Must be well organized, have the ability to handle multiple assignments, and pay close attention to details. 


Position is in an office setting that involves everyday risks or discomforts requiring normal safety precautions. On occasion, the individual must be able to do moderately demanding physical activity such as handling and opening boxes weighing 35-40 pounds, standing and walking extensively throughout the day.
