Job Summary

Mercy Multiplied is a nonprofit Christian organization with residential and outreach programs designed to empower people of all ages to live in freedom from life-controlling behaviors and situations, including eating disorders, self-harm, drug and alcohol addictions, unplanned pregnancy, depression, sexual abuse, and sex trafficking. Our residential program is for young women ages 13-32 and our goal is to help residents permanently stop destructive cycles, discover purpose for their lives, and become productive and thriving individuals. Our outreach programs and resources are based on the same biblically based principles used by Mercy homes.

Job Responsibilities

Summary of Responsibilities:

Liaison to Program Director

  • Assists Program Director by screening calls, responding to program-related phone calls, and providing general administrative support to the home.
  • Proofreads Daily and Weekend Reports and provide summations to Program Director daily.
  • Coordinates pass requests with resident parents, Program Director, and Counseling department.

Administrative Management

  • Collaborate with Director of Home Operations to coordinate resident outings (e.g., conferences, field trips, etc.).
  • Schedules worship teams for guest speakers and graduations.
  • Supervises Relief staff and schedules Relief staff for nights and weekends.
  • Complies and distributes weekly Team Meeting notes.
  • Develops schedule for staff devotions and holiday coverage.
  • Monitor weekly programmatic activities (e.g., Bible Reading, Praise & Worship, meals and snacks), as needed.

Other Duties

  • Assist with taking residents to or picking residents up from appointments/airport, as needed.
  • Run errands for the home, as necessary.

Qualifications

Reports to: Program Director

Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Business degree preferred

Skills: Typing and computer skills, Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Must be able to Multi-task, Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional communication skills are a must, Ability to work well under

constant deadlines and interruptions. Must have a thorough understanding of, and dedication to, the vision of Mercy Multiplied, along with demonstrated Christian work ethics.
