Description: As organizations continue to adjust and pivot to respond to COVID, it can be hard to prioritize your evaluation(s), but these processes are invaluable to learning how to best adapt. In this session, we will discuss how to adjust your outcome measurement plans, explore options for data collection given constraints on resources, and offer ways in which evaluation and/or evaluative thinking can be utilized to support learning and adaptation in uncertain times. Participants will also have opportunities to share the challenges they're experiencing and receive feedback from facilitators and peers.
