Description: We all are full aware that the world is drastically different than it was just a few months ago, forcing all of us to try to adjust to what is being called the #TheNewNormal – which we all know is anything but. While we can’t control the situation, which is definitely disconcerting, what we can control is how we effectively respond to it. In this session one CRM software, EveryAction, will be highlighted as well as some other great technology to show how organizations have pivoted their communications during Covid-19.
