Description: This session brings perspective to leading the organization beyond defining moments. Utilizing leadership frameworks and systems that bring stability and promise to the organization, we will focus on the rapid and emergent change of now. The session will do this while exploring guiding principles to support the Executive Director, the Board, the team and those you serve while ensuring true north to your mission. This session is for individuals who have more than a basic understanding of leadership and who have leadership experience.
