Description: We are settling into a “new normal,” but the future of how and where we work remains uncertain. Just when leaders think they have figured out a plan, there could be a new major disruption – ranging from changes in school schedules that impact working parents to a “second spike” that trigger new stay-at-home orders. This workshop will walk you through the four key areas you need to consider when developing a successful long-term strategy to navigate our uncertain times: the organization, roles, teams and individuals.

  1. Discover three questions every leader needs to ask – but often overlook - as they consider what is best for the long-term success of the organization.
  2.  Learn key criteria and questions they need to consider as they evaluate which roles and employees are best suited for a work-from-home environment.
  3. Explore how to increase engagement with employees that are working in an at-home or blended home/workplace environment.
