Unconscious bias is a hot topic—but what is it and how do we understand it? Do all individuals have an unconscious bias? How does bias unfold in daily interactions and throughout organizations?
Amiee Sadler, Research and Education Manager at people3, a diversity, and inclusion firm based in Nashville, Tennessee, will work with participants on how to understand identity and unconscious bias in yourself and within organizations, as well as strategies for increasing equity and inclusion within organizations.
