Creating a budget is an essential part of building a healthy nonprofit. How can your organization prepare an annual budget and utililize it to monitor your monthly financial operations?

Learn to create and modify a nonprofit budget that can provide a solid financial roadmap for your organization even in the face of the types of surprises and unforeseen changes that can occur in a typical annual operating period.

• Complete case studies on NFP budgets – Do’s and Don’ts
• Craft an annual budget based on seasonal operations
