About CEO Conversations:

CNM’s CEO Conversations series is designed to provide learning and networking opportunities for Nonprofit Executive Directors and CEOs. With a mix of educational and social gatherings, CEO Conversation events allow space for Executives to share best practices while strengthening the whole nonprofit community.

Event Description:

Change is an inevitable part of running an organization. We have all experienced that on steroids in navigating these past couple of years. As a nonprofit CEO, you’re not only trying to evolve your own approaches and habits but convince others to change their own – and ensure the long-term vitality of your organization. Especially when preparing for and managing big changes, like personnel or restructuring, a lack of transparent and clear communication can threaten to throw an organization off balance.

Join CNM for our July CEO Conversation as we discuss how CEOs can lead their teams through periods of transformation. Moderated by Elle Benson (CNM's Interim Director of Membership Engagement), you’ll hear from Viva Price (CEO at Youth Encouragement Services) and C.J. Sentell (CEO at The Nashville Food Project) on strategies they used to create a change management plan that led to their organizations' successful transformation.

Event Moderator:

Elle Benson Interim Director of Membership Engagement

Event Panelists:

Structure:

  • 8:00 am - Introductions & Welcome
  • 8:15 am - Program & Discussion
  • 9:10 am - Final Remarks

As always, these networking events are designed to be interactive sessions. We encourage attendees to find a location to participate where they can fully engage with the content and fellow attendees.
