Facilitator: John Thalheimer
In the non-profit world, relationships matter, especially with the people whom you are working alongside to move your organization’s mission forward. But what are the traits of a great coworker, and how do you develop them?
In this interactive workshop, John Thalheimer will discuss what the research says about what traits make the best coworkers and what we can do individually and together to be seen as good coworkers.
The participants will learn short and long-term strategies to improve their work relationships, reduce conflict and bring out the best in others.
