What It Takes To Become A Great Leader (Online Classroom)

This engaging and interactive session will focus on the type of leaders there are and support you in harnessing your own leadership skills.  Most of the characteristics of great leadership can be learned and developed over time. Using case studies, breakout sessions, and group discussions, we will explore examples of what it takes to become a great leader!

• Learn about transformational leaders from around the world
• Identify the differences between managing  and leading
• Explore ways to ensure gender equity in leadership positions
