Inclusion Ambassador is based on the seven core competencies of the Culture Shift Team Ambassador Model; Awareness, Trust-up, Skill-up, Commit, Act, Engage, and Champion. The workshop is designed to increase awareness of the importance of diversity ambassadorship and develop the skills needed to be successful ambassadors internally and externally. Inclusion Ambassador also serves as an introduction to a powerful DEI planning tool that the organization can deploy to launch or elevate DEI strategy.
