Community Conversations: Scenario Planning for an Uncertain Year (Online Classroom)

 Registration is closed for this event

We are living and working through the most difficult, disruptive time in generations. Even short-term planning amid so much uncertainty is a challenge. Scenario planning and strategy triage are tools that can help groups navigate through the uncertainty and identify options for action. Paul Schmitz, Senior Advisor at The Collective Impact Forum, and Megan Godbey, Director of Adult Education at the Nashville Public Library Foundation, will share these tools and their practical experience with them.

Objectives:

  1. Learn how to use scenario planning to assess their strategies and workplans against plausible futures;
  2. Learn how stratgy triage to re-organize priorities during disruptive change
