Description: As our city and country experience its most pressing crises - COVID-19 and systemic racism, that seem to be ongoing for the unforeseeable future, teams must now assess and address how reset for this new normal. Session facilitator and CNM consultant Kia Jarmon will guide participants through ways of acknowledging the new landscape, planning immediate steps for internal improvements, and tools to get others on board. During this session, attendees will leave with strategies and tangible tools to keep their teams confidently moving forward during this time.
