Unconscious bias is a hot topic—but what is it and how do we understand it? Do all individuals have unconscious bias? How does bias unfold in daily interactions and throughout organizations?

This introductory course will help individuals better understand their own identity and unconscious biases. In addition, strategies will be discussed to help mitigate bias on the individual and organizational level.
