What is my role as an emerging leader within my organization to know the role of the board in a nonprofit and understand my roles and impact to meet outcomes as a contributor?  How can I use my influence and position to connect to the Board, the staff, our clients, and our community?  What is my brand as a leader and how do I make my organization sustainable in the marketplace?
