Organizations and collective communities today are trying to name, define and solve highly complex issues and problems. This effort requires skill and intention to be effective. Professionals who are effective in this area understand and appreciate that big problems and issues can only be addressed by harnessing the cognitive diversity that is present in diverse stakeholder groups. 9 am - 11:30 am Central : Full class lecture
11:30 am - 12:30 pm : Lunch Break
12:30 - 3 pm : Small group consulting time
