In this session participants will demystify the field of community engagement and how to engage people with their nonprofit mission. You will learn the key elements of successful community engagement approaches and how to implement them. The workshop will cover a variety of strategies currently being used by successful nonprofit organizations to connect directly with community residents. Participants will review the different variations in implementation and identify which strategies will be best for their organization.
