Megan O'Roark

Director of Consulting

Since Elizabeth Taylor already claimed Megan’s life passion with her memoir title “My Love Affair with Jewelry,” Megan is happily settled into a career of providing service, support, and sense of humor (accompanied by a distinctive laugh) to the nonprofit sector.

Once a CNM groupie, Megan is now on the inside serving as the Director of Consulting for CNM. She is responsible for the project management of the day-to-day consulting practice including collaborating with our members, consultants, and funders to find effective and efficient solutions to organizational issues and problems opportunities.

A proud alum of both Sewanee: The University of the South and the Master’s in Nonprofit Leadership program at Belmont University, Megan has spent time working and volunteering in the Nashville nonprofit scene in health care, arts, and human services organizations. When not at CNM, you can find Megan playing violin with the Nashville Philharmonic Orchestra, attending a musical or board meeting at The Larry Keeton Theatre, practicing yoga, or travelling.
