Kellee Mannix

Director of Education

Kellee Mannix’s passion for learning and working with people has lead her on an exciting career path. With a background as an educator and camp program director, Kellee has developed a love of facilitation and learning with a focus on fun. As an organizational consultant, Kellee engages her clients through leadership coaching, course facilitation, and data driven organizational change. She will also let you know when you have something in your teeth.

Kellee has been a part of CNM as a consultant since 2016, supporting the team internally through many roles at CNM, including interim education manager, conference trainer, affinity group facilitator, and a strategy consultant. Working side by side the CNM team, Kellee is directly supporting the growth and development of the educational offerings at CNM. She also specializes in making sure meetings end on time.

Originally from California, Kellee earned a bachelor’s degree in interpersonal communication from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Recently, she completed a master’s in Leadership and Organizational Performance at Vanderbilt’s Peabody School of Education. In her master’s she learned the secret to successful organizations, which she will happily share with you next time you see her (codeword: secret sauce).

Kellee, along with her partner and young daughter, proudly calls Nashville home. Outside of CNM, you can find Kellee practicing mindfulness, visiting waterfalls, and trying to declutter baby stuff from her home (how does this stuff accumulate so quickly?).
