Kate Monaghan formed Partnering Services in 2002 to make her expertise as a facilitator of collaboration and strategic alliances available to all types of organizations. As Director of the Innovation and Collaboration Center from 1999-2001, Kate Monaghan worked with over 45 nonprofit clients to form collaboration, merger, program transfer, co-location and other partnering arrangements. That depth of experience and specialized focus has made her a recognized leader in the field of strategic alliances and collaboration in Tennessee. Today Monaghan remains involved in the nonprofit community through her work as an adjunct consultant with Nashville’s Center for Nonprofit Management. Previously, Kate served as Executive Director of the Community Resource Center from 1989-1998. She holds an M.A. degree in Sociology from Vanderbilt University and an M.S. in Public Relations from the American University in Washington, DC.
