Deborah Enright

Deb Macfarlan Enright holds an undergraduate degree from Vassar College and two advanced degrees from Vanderbilt University including a Doctorate in Education Policy from the nationally ranked Leadership, Policy & Organization Department program.

She is an experienced Director of Development with a successful track record of collaborating with impact entrepreneurs in the nonprofit sector.

Deb is skilled in Strategic Planning, Investor Development, Board Development, Community Engagement, Communication and Outreach, Donor Stewardship, Leadership Development, Event Management, and Programming. 

Her personal international and local Board experience and expertise in building and empowering an organization's leadership guides much of her work.

A respected communicator and coach, Deb is adept at uncovering potential in individuals and groups strengthening their abilities to lift themselves and their organizations even higher to increase their impact on the community.

Her current work includes relationships with the Social Enterprise Alliance of Nashville, Mending Hearts (Nashville), The Word Wagon (Nashville), 4:13 Strong (Davidson County), Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition (Davidson County), Healing Housing (Williamson County), Able Youth (Middle Tennessee), Divine Care (Uganda), and Raise the Roof Academy and the Head Teachers’ Leadership Association (Uganda).
