Carmen Moore Minor

Carmen Moore-Minor has over 20 years of experience developing successful federal grant proposals as well as implementing, administering and evaluating multi-million dollar federal grants. Over these two decades, Carmen also gained extensive experience creating federal grant curricula and training tools covering a wide range of topic. An experienced trainer, Carmen has developed numerous grant handbooks and resource materials for use by grant recipients as well as grant participants. Her successes securing in-kind goods and services (to complement grant services and programs) are quite noteworthy. Another skill of Carmen’s is her ability to develop and administer evaluation components to assess the effectiveness of federal grant programs and initiatives. Carmen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Psychology from Belmont University. In addition, Carmen was awarded a fellowship for master’s studies at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville where she served as research assistant to a Professor of Communications. Carmen continued master’s studies in Public Service Administration at Cumberland University.
