Being a nonprofit leader is not just supervising employees; leading is managing change, balancing short-term and long-term goals, and communicating these goals effectively with both the board of directors and staff. The classes in this Certificate Program are designed to give participants insight into important key areas of leadership: governance, financial stability, mission impact, empowering others to succeed, and more.

The Nonprofit Leadership Certificate Program is for professionals at a senior level, those who might pursue a CEO role, or anyone looking to be an influential leader in the nonprofit sector. This track of classes is not intended for beginners, but rather for those in mid-level positions seeking leadership roles, or for current leaders looking to sharpen and hone their skills.
