Through a partnership with Hands on Nashville, CNM offers the Volunteer Management Certificate Program, designed for any nonprofit professional who currently supervises volunteers. Learn how to use your volunteers’ skills and time for maximum impact, how to write effective job descriptions, communication strategies and more.

This Certificate Program is designed for those who work with volunteers, or for a nonprofit considering adding a new volunteer program to its organization. The Volunteer Management classes parts 1-4 must be taken in order, but the elective can be completed at any point in the process.
