The CEO Conversations series is a learning and networking opportunity for nonprofit executive directors and CEOs. With a mix of educational and social opportunities, executives will be able to learn from one another and meet other Middle Tennessee leaders. Unless otherwise noted, all sessions are for nonprofit chief executives. The CEO or executive director of any CNM-member agency is automatically eligible to attend these sessions. Register for CEO Conversations events on the Workshop Calendar.

The 2018 CEO Conversations have been generously sponsored by Bank of America.

The Directors Network affinity group consists of key director-level staff at nonprofit agencies. Our goal is to provide this group with an experience similar to the CEO Network events but focused on the needs and challenges facing Directors. If you are not familiar with the CEO Network, this is a group of events sponsored and hosted by CNM that includes a monthly breakfast meeting at which CEOs discuss issues and challenges with peers through a facilitated conversation. Because of the success of this program, a group of CEOs recommended that CNM reach out with a similar program to senior level “Director” staff. We know that Director–level means different things in each organization but the general idea is:

If you are faced with the challenges and opportunities of running a major program and/or supervising staff for your organization, this group is for you.

The Nashville's Nonprofit HR Leaders affinity group is for human resource leaders at nonprofit agencies. The group provides an opportunity for HR professionals to develop a strong network around the unique challenges and opportunities associated with the HR function in a nonprofit environment.

Nashville's Nonprofit HR Leaders meets bi-monthly for round table discussions, professional development, and resource sharing. Membership is open to professionals from CNM-member agencies with an annual budget above $2 million.

If you are faced with the challenges and opportunities of running an HR department for your organization, this group is for you.
