Center for Nonprofit Management Appoints Meagan Flippin as President and CEO

The CNM team is pleased to announce the appointment of Meagan Flippin as its new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 16, 2024.

Flippin brings a wealth of experience and success in the nonprofit sector. With eleven years of experience as CEO of United Way Rutherford County, Flippin has a proven track record of success in the nonprofit sector. Her leadership and reputation precede her, and Flippin is poised to lead CNM into a new era of success.

Flippin expressed excitement about joining the Center for Nonprofit Management and the opportunity to work with the talented team. “I am thrilled to join the outstanding team at CNM. CNM plays an important role as a champion, partner, and advisor to the non-profit community in middle Tennessee, and I am honored to lead CNM into its next era of excellence. A thriving community is powered by healthy, equipped, robust, and sustainable non-profit organizations, and I look forward to serving CNM’s mission of amplifying impact.”

Flippin replaces Wanda Lyle, who has served as Interim President and CEO since February 2023. Lyle played a pivotal role in CNM’s growth and achievements during her tenure, and the organization extends its gratitude for her significant contributions.
