We are intentionally prioritizing diversity of all forms among our staff, residents, and ministry partners. CYMT is committed to diversity in leadership, culturally competent support, and educational opportunities that reflect the diversity of the people and communities we serve. We are still learning and growing, but if you share our passion and love for young people, you will feel welcome at CYMT.
