Through the generosity of The Frist Foundation, CNM Excellence Network members in Tennessee with budgets under $2,000,000 can receive matching funds that go toward the purchase of training, custom training, and CNM products.

Guidelines

Δ MatchGrants are only available to Tennessee-based Excellence Network members of 501(c)(3) organizations with budgets under $2,000,000.

Δ Eligible organizations may use up to $400 in MatchGrant funds during each calendar year, as funds are available.

Δ MatchGrants are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, but more than one grant can be applied for at a time.

Δ MatchGrant form and payment is required before or on the day of service in order to be used.

Δ A MatchGrant form must be filled out every time a member wishes to use the MatchGrant funds.

Δ The MatchGrant savings amount for each organization is based on their annual budget.

Δ To apply MatchGrant funds to online course registrations, simply click “Apply Discount” at the bottom of the registration details page before submitting an order.

Up to $49,999 / 20% of total amount

$50,000 to $99,999 / 20% of total amount

$100,000 to $299,999 / 40% of total amount

$300,000 to $499,999 / 40% of total amount*

$500,000 to $999,999 / 60% of total amount**

$1,000,000 to $1,999,999 / 60% of total amount**
