CNM's team of executive coaches can help you continue to grow and develop within your career. Executive coaching will not only help you progress in your career, but it will help you effectively lead your organization to yield results.
The process begins with a six-month minimum commitment and a conversation with your coach. You'll move through an assessment and determine what your goals and intentions are with your coach. You will meet with your coach once a month and at the end of six months, your goals will be revisited and you and your coach decide whether additional time would be beneficial. You can always contact your coach between sessions for support or questions.
What deliverables can you expect?
A thorough assessment of strengths, development opportunities, things for the person to start doing, stop doing, and continue doing
Working collaboratively with the individual, the creation of a development plan that would focus on two to three development objectives
Regular updates relative to the individual’s level of engagement and progress toward meeting development plan objectives
The services provided by the coach are designed jointly with the client. Coaching - which is not advice, therapy, or counseling - may address specific personal projects, business successes and opportunities, or general conditions in the client’s life or profession.
